Etsy and Me and my Policies

Seeing as this is my first blog entry I'll talk a little bout myself =p.

I'm 21 years old and am, very obviously, an artist. I usually draw but recently have been dabbling in jewelry making, thus the purpose of this blog. My husband does some art as well, he draws and makes logos. You can see his stuff here.

I haven't drawn in a while though XD. Mostly from all the jewelry making. But if you're curious its here as well.

Anyhow, I'll be posting my creations here and they will be linking back to a site called etsy. Etsy is a place where people can buy and sell hand crafted items. You have to get an account to buy with them but its totally free. However if you don't want to deal with etsy just drop me an email and we'll figure things out :p.

I'm going to go ahead and post my policies and if you have any questions just shoot me an email, I'll be posting my items soon.

SENSITIVE EARS

I use stainless steel (wo/nickel) and Rhodium for sensitive ears. Gold plated and Silver plated earring hooks are used on the others. Please contact me if you need alternatives.

CUSTOM ORDERS

On some pieces, I can get an alternative color (i.e getting Gold pendants instead of Silver). Please let me know before hand so I can make that piece for you. There may be an extra charge.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask. As of right now I prefer to only ship within the U.S. However I do now ship overseas. If the shipping turns out to be higher at the post office I might have to up the price of shipping so please CONTACT ME BEFORE PURCHASING if you're not sure if you'll be expensive lol. Most part overseas shipping, depending on the item, will be about $2.00 USD.

Also if you receive your item and it is damaged please notify me as soon as possible and I'll handle an return (Store Credit only) or if the item is fixable (Just a broken jump ring) I will fix it and send it back at no cost to you. Please Handle all items with care.
